FUA Meets The Blonde Salad
The latest Blending Newsletter has been released. The third issue of Fall 2018 opens with an article from two FUA students who had the opportunity to meet Chiara Ferragni, an incredibly successful social media influencer who has taken the internet by a storm. This issue also features an exploration of diverse regional cuisines from students of the Italian Advanced I class, as well as some final reflections on walking around the city of Florence from students of the Travel Writing class, as the semester draws to an end. The monthly alumni section interviews Daniela Gordillo, who upon graduating, has embarked on a successful career as an occupational therapist.

FLY Debuts New Alice Blome Sartoria Collection
The second issue of Fall 2018 opens with FLY's launch of Paola Dell'Eva's latest collection, "Alice Blome Sartoria". The issue also features an exploration of Tuscan delicacies from students of the Italian Advanced I class, and an exploration of Italian customs and traditions from students of the Travel Writing class. The monthly alumni section interviews Matt Crawford, who is living in Rochester, New York and is venturing into an exciting career in radio.

Interview with Gina Valentino
The first issue of Fall 2018 opens with an interview with FUA alumna Gina Valentino. Also featured are articles about La Specola Museum, a custom fragrance creative experience at Erboristeria San Simone, and exploring the various bookstores of Florence. There is also an interview with Sara Abriola, FUA Alumna and Study Abroad Advisor.

FUA Hosts Summer Photography Exhibitions
The second issue of Summer 2018 opens with the FUA Summer Photography Exhibitions. Also featured are articles about a rock performance group, the Steve McCurry photo exhibit, Super Tuscan wines and Aperitivo here at Ganzo, among others. There is also a student piece about living in an Italian homestay, the Look of the Month written by our FAST students and a “Faces of Florence” photo piece.

Women’s Health Class of Purdue University Present Research Findings at FUA
The first issue of Summer 2018 opens with the recent findings of Women’s Health Class of Purdue University at FUA. Also featured are reflections of the Cathedral of San Galgano and street musicians of Florence. The monthly alumni section interviews Hayley Degrandchamp, who is currently working at a marketing tech start-up as the office manager.

Jessie Chaffee Presents Novel in Florence
The third issue of Fall 2017 features a breaking news piece on author and former FUA writer-in-residence Jessie Chaffee who presented her new novel prior to the fall FUA-SBU conference. The issue also includes Apicius’ new WACS Fast Track certification, a special traveling with children section, and fashion students imagining interviews with Pucci and Ferragamo.

TuttoToscana Debuts Art in NYC
The second issue of Fall 2017 features a breaking news piece on the recent TuttoToscana program in NYC. Creativity abounds with musings on the positivity of solitude, a two-page fashion spread, and short story about love at first sight. A first-hand account of the launch party for the Femininity Is... capsule collection by FAST alum Alexandra Zofcin rounds out this edition of Blending Newsletter.
