Two new books have been published by Ingorda in 2017. The first book written by Kevin Murphy and Manuel Rivera, The Value of Study Abroad Externships in Hospitality Education: Experiential Learning, explores the study abroad experience in Europe, Asia, and North America. The second book written by Radesh Palakurthi, Pedagogical Innovation and Learning Outcomes Assessment in Hospitality Education: A Cultural Perspective, explores the result that experiential learning has within hospitality education.
